Bambu PPS-CF is carbon-fibre-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide for specialized engineering projects. Its stiff composite formulation requires a verified high-temperature workflow. Confirm that the printer can meet the PPS-CF nozzle, bed and chamber requirements before ordering, and use the dedicated material profile and hardened-steel nozzle guidance. Published material properties must be assessed for the finished part and its application.

Printing and care

• Requires a verified high-temperature enclosed-printer workflow; confirm the current printer compatibility list and required nozzle, bed and chamber temperatures before ordering.
• Use a suitable hardened-steel nozzle; 0.2 mm nozzles are not compatible and stainless steel is not recommended.
• Dry before use with suitable equipment and protect the filament from moisture during printing.
• AMS and AMS lite are not compatible; verify the exact feeding workflow for any other AMS model.
