Shipping policy

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Taxes are calculated separately at checkout.

Free standard shipping across Canada

All printers ship free by standard shipping anywhere in Canada, with no minimum order value. All orders of C$100 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes, also qualify for free standard shipping, including filament, resin, accessories and spare parts.

This applies to all 13 Canadian provinces and territories: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon. Free standard shipping is not limited to in-stock products. Other items in an order that meets the C$100 threshold do not incur an additional standard shipping charge.

For non-printer orders below C$100 after discounts and before taxes, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Special-order and quote-only products

The free standard shipping rules above also apply to special-order and quote-only products. Availability, sourcing, processing time and fulfillment details are confirmed on the product page or in the written quote. Supplier-direct products may use a different fulfillment origin.

Processing, tracking and delivery estimates

Free shipping does not mean immediate dispatch. Special-order sourcing and processing time varies by product and configuration and occurs before dispatch. For selected Prusa printer listings, estimated carrier transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch; the product page or written quote provides the applicable sourcing and processing information.

Tracking is sent after dispatch when available. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch, do not include sourcing or processing time, and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
