Include the identifying details

For an order, include the order number. For a product question, include the brand, exact model or SKU, configuration, quantity, delivery postal code, and required timing. For technical support, include the serial number when available and a concise description of the issue.

Shipping and fulfillment

Prices are in CAD. All printers ship free by standard shipping anywhere in Canada, with no minimum order value. All orders of C$100 or more after discounts and before taxes also qualify for free standard shipping. These rules apply across all 13 provinces and territories, including special-order and quote-only products. For non-printer orders below C$100, shipping charges are shown at checkout. Special-order products may use another fulfillment origin; sourcing and processing time is separate from carrier transit. Taxes are separate.

Schools and organizations

For a purchase order or formal quote, include the organization name, billing and delivery details, required products and quantities, and requested delivery date.
