FAQs & Support

Ordering & Shipping

Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada. No cross-border duties, no surprise import fees, no US-dollar conversion — the CAD price you see is what you pay.

How fast do you ship?
In-stock orders ship the same business day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD for filament and accessories. Printers are excluded due to size and weight — printer shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details, or contact us and we'll sort it out.

How does the Bambu Lab warranty work?
As an official Bambu Lab partner, we handle warranty support for everything we sell. Contact us first — we'll troubleshoot with you and process warranty parts directly, so you don't have to deal with overseas support or long waits.

What about extended warranties?
One- and two-year extended warranty plans are available for all printer models — popular with schools, libraries, and print farms where downtime costs money.

Products & Compatibility

How do I know if a part fits my printer?
Spare parts and accessories list compatible models on their product pages. When in doubt, send us your printer model via the contact page — we'd rather answer a quick question than process a return.

Which filament works with the AMS / AMS 2 Pro / AMS lite?
Most PLA, PETG, ABS and ASA filaments are AMS-compatible. Flexible materials like TPU need specific setups on some models — check the product page notes or ask us.

How do the filament bulk discounts work?
Automatic at checkout: 4 rolls = 25% off · 6 rolls = 35% off · 10+ rolls = 40% off. Mix and match materials and colours freely.

Schools & Institutions

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes — we work with schools, universities, libraries and makerspaces across Canada. Send your requirements through the contact page for a formal quote, and mention your institution.

Still stuck?
