Choose the right material

Bambu PA6-CF is a carbon-fibre-reinforced nylon formulation for engineering prototypes that need stiffness and toughness. Select the required spool weight and prepare the material using its own drying and printing guidance. Use a suitable hardened nozzle and verify the complete printer setup. PA6-CF, PAHT-CF and PPA-CF have different properties and should not share unverified settings or application limits.

Printing and care

• Confirm drying and wear-resistant nozzle requirements before printing.
• Compare the exact PA6-CF data sheet with PAHT-CF rather than treating all nylon composites alike.
• Check the current material guide for your exact printer, nozzle and AMS generation.
• Dry before use according to this material's current manufacturer instructions.
• 0.2 mm nozzles are not compatible.
• Stainless-steel nozzles are not recommended; use a suitable hardened nozzle.
