Choose the right material

Bambu PLA-CF combines a PLA base with carbon-fibre reinforcement and a textured surface that helps soften visible layer lines. It suits prototypes where the reinforced formulation and dimensional stability are part of the material choice. Prepare the filament with the recommended drying routine and use a suitable wear-resistant nozzle. Check the specific printer and feeding-system guidance before printing.

Printing and care

• Verify a wear-resistant nozzle and the current manufacturer's composite handling guidance.
• Check the current material guide for your exact printer, nozzle and AMS generation.
• Dry before use according to this material's current manufacturer instructions.
• 0.2 mm nozzles are not compatible.
• Stainless-steel nozzles are not recommended; use a suitable hardened nozzle.
• Refills require a compatible reusable spool; a refill does not include the spool.
