Choose the right material

Bambu PPA-CF combines a PPA base with carbon-fibre reinforcement for demanding engineering prototypes. It is a distinct material choice from PA6-CF and PAHT-CF, with its own preparation and printing requirements. Use an enclosed printer, a suitable hardened-steel nozzle and the PPA-CF profile. Assess finished-part suitability against the technical data, print direction and intended loading.

Printing and care

• Use an enclosed printer capable of the PPA-CF printing temperatures.
• A hardened-steel nozzle is mandatory; 0.2 mm nozzles are not compatible.
• Dry before use with equipment suitable for the required drying temperature, and protect from moisture during printing.
• AMS and AMS lite are not compatible; verify the exact feeding workflow for any other AMS model.
• Assess material limits against the technical data and finished-part design.
