Bambu Lab AMS: automatic filament switching
The original Bambu Lab AMS holds four spools for automatic colour and material changes. It supports X1 and P1 series setups; check the required connection hardware for your printer.
- Four filament slots per AMS.
- Compatible multi-unit setups can use an AMS Hub for up to 16 colours.
- RFID identifies supported Bambu Lab filament; other filament requires manual setup.
- The closed enclosure and desiccant help maintain dry storage. This model has no heated drying function.
