Include the identifying details

For an order, include the order number. For a product question, include the brand, exact model or SKU, configuration, quantity, delivery postal code, and required timing. For technical support, include the serial number when available and a concise description of the issue.

Shipping and fulfillment

Prices are in CAD. Eligible in-stock orders over C$100 ship free within Canada. Selected active Prusa printer prices include average Canadian FedEx Economy delivery and show C$0 Canadian shipping at checkout. Special-order products may use another fulfillment origin; sourcing time and any other delivery charge are stated on the product page, at checkout, or in the quote. Taxes are separate.

Schools and organizations

For a purchase order or formal quote, include the organization name, billing and delivery details, required products and quantities, and requested delivery date.
